The 3rd HR word café, organized by Iran-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce to discuss HR through Digital Transformation.
On Tuesday, august 25th, a meeting was held which discussed the nature and necessity of digital evolution and its functioning and direct connection with human resources, and what programs and solutions are available for the implementation of digital maturity or what steps are needed for a country or organization to reach its desired goal and development.
This meeting was held with the world café method, which is based on the participation and comments of all the people in the meeting.
From the beginning, the importance of human resources was discussed along with digital transformation, better to say, from the beginning of digital formation and its nature to its transformation and the entry of human resources into this technology and the steps it takes for the cooperation of different generations that provide digital maturity. And the impact of this process on the environment and culture was also discussed.
The people of the meeting expressed their opinions about each of the mentioned topics, and at the end, we had a summary of the contents, which was realized by the human resources people of the Iran and Switzerland chamber of commerce.
We had a general summary about achieving digital transformation with SMART and SWOT criteria, which was mostly discussed from the smart aspect.
And what behaviors and questioned are raised according to the smart model in order to cause digital transformation in organizations and provide growth and development at the country level, taking into account the interests of consumers and new capabilities.
