Human Resources usually divide the HR process into several critical steps: needs analysis and recruitment, onboarding, evaluation & development, succession planning & departure. At each of these steps, companies need to take into consideration the impact of an optimized competence management and develop strategies that lead into integrating those challenges.

PROFILE OF PRESENTERS
Anoucha Galeazzi Founding Partner HR Systems SA Anoucha Galeazzi is a professional coach and PNL practitioner whose field of expertise is human resources and systemic representations. After her training at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, she initially took up various posts of general interest and then worked as human resources manager in the services sector (tertiary), as well as in different areas of the humanitarian, health care and tourist industry. She has spent the past eight years as independent consultant, advising national and international companies on human resource matters. Her greatest assets are her managerial and organisational skills in the HR field, with multicultural and service companies. She is known for her pragmatic outlook and systemic approach of organisations. Her focus is on pratical solutions. She is a good listener and can at all times be trusted to come up with concrete and well thought out proposals. | Alexia Muteke-Ceppi Senior Consultant Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA, a member of EHL Group Alexia Muteke-Ceppi has been in the field of international and hospitality education for the past fifteen years. As a senior consultant, she focuses in Business development, Organization Design and Strategic Workforce Planning, Training and coaching of executives within the hospitality and service industries. She has designed and delivered Leadership training programs around the world. With Lausanne Hospitality Consulting, Alexia is a Senior Consultant, delivering executive education program and consulting mandates in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Kenyatta University, Kenya and an MBA, Business School Lausanne, Switzerland.
