Iran-Switzerland chamber of commerce as a nonprofit organization, committed in formation of HR platform in order to develop and manage value-added human resource policies and programs. Our mission is to provide expert consultation by brainstorming in innovative way with effective coaching and training programs with an advisory HR team to be the cultural model for excellence leadership.
As a chamber our mission is to impact and provide reliable resources for the benefit of Chamber members as well as companies and individuals.
Our Team
We have gathered as an HR team to be more productive and finding a better solution for the new innovative ways of working. We believe in valuations and standards which included in businesses leadership and culture. We are an Advisory HR team member including coaching and trainers.
Our Program
ISCC continues to seek opportunities to protect chamber member companies by setting new human resources trends and strategies.
Using the specialties of its collaborators, ISCC organizes various training and coaching courses with certification.
With ISCC World Cafe in a friendly and professional atmosphere, we seek to create a collaborative dialogue, sharing knowledge and creating possibilities for better action in groups of all sizes, to generates new ideas and insights about a question or topic.
Professionnal Growth
HR Platform of Iran-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce is ready, using the knowledge and experiences of its lecturers and speakers who are prominent experts in the field of psychology and human resources, to hold training courses with the focus on mental health, individual and organizational development.
