Announcement of the invitation to the extraordinary general meeting of the second session of the Iran-Switzerland Joint Chamber of Commerce

All members of the Iran-Switzerland Joint Chamber of Commerce or their legal representatives are hereby invited to attend the second extraordinary general assembly to be held on Monday, 10/24/1403 at 11:00 AM at the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture building located on Taleghani Street, corner of Mousavi Street, No. 175, new building, first floor.

Agenda:

1- Hearing, reviewing and approving the performance of the board of directors in 1402
2- Hearing, reviewing and approving the financial report, balance sheet and inspection of the fiscal year ending 12/29/1402
3- Presentation and approval of the budget for 1403
4- Determining the annual membership fee and membership fee of members
5- Selecting a widely circulated newspaper
6- Selecting the main and alternate inspector
