Announcement of the invitation to the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Iran-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce

The Iran Switzerland Chamber of Commerce, with the national identification number 14009327936, invites all esteemed members of the Iran Switzerland Chamber of Commerce, or their legal representatives, to attend the General Extraordinary Meeting scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 18th of October, 1402, at 11:00 AM.

The meeting will be held at the premises of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture of Iran, located at 175 Talaghani Street, at the corner of Mousavi Street, 8th floor.

Agenda:
1. Listening, examining, and approving the performance of the Board of Directors in the year 1401.
2. Listening, examining, and approving the financial report, balance sheet, and audit report for the fiscal year 1401.
3. Reviewing and approving the annual budget.
4. Determining the entrance fee and annual membership fee for members.
5. Selection of the widely circulated newspaper.
6. Election of the members of the Board of Directors (main and alternate).
7. Election of the main and alternate auditors.
